The 2021 North Dakota Big Game Records Books, 8th Edition, is now available.
Authored by Patricia
Stockdill, the book features stories by hunters whose animals grace some of the
pages of the book. It includes an array of photos, informational articles, and
listings of certified Boone and Crockett volunteer scorers. It’s updated every
four years.
The book’s highlight features rankings and measurements
of some of the state’s largest white-tailed deer, mule deer, and elk – typical
and non-typical – bighorn sheep, moose, and pronghorn taken in North Dakota.
Entries are scored using qualified Boone and Crockett Club scoring standards.
In addition, a new category for qualifying mountain lions has been added in the
latest edition.
The 56-page booklet retails for $15 and is available from
Scheels stores in Bismarck, Fargo, and Grand Forks, along with Scenic Sports,
Williston.
Copies can also be ordered directly from Stockdill by
